We're just back from a fab week in Cornwall! We rented a house in Newquay which was a great base to go and explore all of our favourite haunts. The weather was kind and we were able to walk to the beach every day to play with balls on the beach and reward ourselves with a few drinks in the beach bar.
Cornwall is such a dog friendly place - there are dog friendly bars, restaurants everywhere and most of the beaches are dog friendly all year round. Here is a list of some of our favourite places:
The Old Custom House, Padstow
The Cornish Arms, St Merryn (owned by Rick Stein)
Fistral Beach Bar - dog friendly inside and out!
The Stable - Pizza and Cider (huge cider menu) - dog friendly inside!
The Headland Hotel - relax on comfy sofas on the terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy the fab view of Fistral Beach
Beached Lamb Cafe - Boho chic with simple but nice menu and dog friendly inside!
Watergate Bay - The Hotel and Beach Hut are dog friendly, but Jamie Oliver's Fifteen is worth a visit without your four legged friends!
