It has been 8 weeks today since we met little Teddy. We celebrated with a lovely walk followed by a much needed bath after visiting every ditch and mud puddle!

I’ve been lucky enough to be able to do some hoopers 121 training during lockdown and was really pleased with Teddy and Pepper this week. Here is Pepper’s best run and a collection of Teddy’s training to show the progress he made. I’ve also put together a compilation of Teddy’s outtakes. He is loads of fun to train and is just the happiest little dog. It’s basically 5 minutes of him doing zoomies between the training bits and made me laugh so thought I’d share 🤣❤️ Teddy has been with us for 6 weeks - time has really flown and he's such a joy.
Pepper has accepted him to a point. They eat side by side, they both sleep on our bed and enjoy all of their walks together. I can't say they have played together, but Teddy is a little wary as previous attempts have resulted in some hostility, but I think over time this will come. I have to keep reminding myself that it has only been 6 weeks and how much we've achieved in that time. Here are some of the pictures I've captured on recent walks: My friend Emma and I decided to invest in the materials to make some hoops. She went one stage further and did all of the cutting for me, leaving me to asseble them Here is the final result:
Having bought Teddy a lovely new Equafleece Pepper was looking like the poor relation. Pepper’s has always been too big for her and was being accentuated by how beautifully Teddy’s fitted him, so she had to have a new one too 😂.
They have been worth their weight in gold with the horrid weather we have been having, and look very smart on all of our walks! |
