We took Ruby to Fleet Carnival dog show today! We have never been to anything like that before so weren't really sure what to expect!
We entered Ruby for Prettiest Bitch, Best Crossbreed, Waggiest Tail and Fastest Recall.
We were really delighted to find that Ruby came first in the Waggiest Tail and the Fastest Recall!! Unfortunately she wasn't placed in the Prettiest Bitch but we were really pleased to get two rosettes!

While there we also had the opportunity to have a go at agility. We've been thinking about taking this up as a hobby - Ruby is very active and we think it might be a good alternative to obedience training. She seemed to really like it and wasn't phased by any of the equipment. We'll have to do some research into clubs nearby to see if we can find a suitable class!
